To confirm your booking, families make an upfront payment for the first two lessons 3 days before the lesson start. This ensures that both the tutor and student are committed to starting their learning journey smoothly.
Trial Lesson Option:
If you opt for a trial, you only pay for the first lesson initially. The second lesson fee will be collected only if you decide to continue with the same tutor after the trial.
Subsequent Payments:
After the initial two lessons, all further payments are made directly to the tutor. This gives you flexibility and allows you to establish a direct financial arrangement with your tutor for long-term sessions.
Transparent Commission:
Our service fee is included in the initial two-lesson payment, ensuring no hidden costs or surprises. This commission supports us in providing a seamless tutor-matching service and ongoing support for both families and tutors.
Our Lesson Guarantee: Fairness and Assurance for All
At Very Good Tutor, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. If a scheduled lesson does not take place due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable time, we will provide a full refund of the payment for that lesson. However, this guarantee applies only when the cancellation or no-show is not due to client-related reasons, such as last-minute changes or failure to inform us of a rescheduling request. Our goal is to ensure fairness while maintaining the trust and satisfaction of both clients and tutors.
